We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project and Health and Safety Administrator to support our Management Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating various administrative tasks, facilitating communication among team members, and maintaining project and Health and Safety documentation. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively., * Assist in the planning and execution of projects by providing administrative support.

  • Prepare and maintain project and Health and Safety documentation, including reports, schedules, meeting minutes, ISO System updates and maintaining the QHSE Trackers.

  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.

  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for project-related issues and propose solutions.

  • Support the preparation of reports by compiling data and writing summaries as required.

  • Maintain an organised filing system for all project documents and correspondence.

  • Assist in tracking project progress and updating relevant stakeholders on status.

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the office including answering calls, emails, booking meeting rooms and greeting visitors.

  • Act as the point of contact for all Project, Health and Safety and general enquires.

  • Proven experience of 1-3 years within an administrative role, preferably within a project management or Health and Safety administration environment.

  • Strong report writing skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • First aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
