Senior Internal Sales Administrator (Engineering Spares)
Internal Sales Administrator required for my client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of high value capital equipment for a range of sectors.
In this role you will be responsible for supervising a high performing team within a busy engineering spare parts and aftersales environment.
Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Administrator :
- Handle spare parts sales enquiries and orders.
- Process and track customer orders to ensure on time delivery.
- Analyse sales data by product type, customer etc.
- Assisting area sales managers to obtain orders.
- Respond to customer requests for product information.
- Prepare and issue internal contract documentation.
- Provide after-sales and customer support.
- Coaching and mentoring other members of the team.
Qualifications/Experience of the Internal Sales Administrator:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Team orientated.
- A technical background or previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous.
