*Hours: *Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Part-time hours 30 hours per week and job share options will be considered. (Specific work schedule to be discussed during the interview).
* Starting Salary:* £26,292 per annum, rising to £27,835 after 6-month probation. (salary pro rata for part time hours)

At Holly Tree House, we create a warm, “home from home” environment for both guests and staff. Since opening in August 2020, our four-bedded short-term recovery house has partnered with the Central Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team to provide a safe space for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, offering up to five nights of support without the need for formal hospital admission.
As Team Leader, you will lead a 24-hour crisis intervention service supporting individuals in psychiatric or psychosocial crisis who don’t require hospital admission. You’ll guide the Short Stay Recovery House team in delivering short-term, intensive interventions to help reduce the impact of crises. Additionally, you will assist the Service Manager in assessing referrals from the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT) within agreed timeframes.

* On-Call Duty:*
This role involves participation in an on-call duty rota, which operates on a rolling 6-week schedule. During your on-call week, you’ll primarily be available to process referrals and monitor inboxes in the evenings and weekends outside of working hours. The manager will handle actions the following day for weekday referrals. You’ll also be available to provide support to staff for incidents, but only in emergencies will you be required to attend the house in person. The frequency of on-call duties may vary depending on team availability.
*On-Call Availability*: For times when you’re on call but not actively working, you’ll receive a fixed-rate payment of £18.75 on weekdays and £31.24 on weekends.
*Active Work or Shift Cover:* If you’re called upon to attend an SSRH or cover a shift, you’ll be paid at your standard hourly rate for the time spent actively working.
