This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-end environment, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a safe and exceptional poolside experience.About the Role: As a Lifeguard / Emergency Pool Responder, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety of pool users while delivering outstanding customer service. You will uphold the highest standards of professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality, creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for residents.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vigilant supervision of the outdoor pool area, ensuring the safety and well-being of all users.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, offering assistance and engaging professionally with residents and guests.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, administering first aid as required.
- Ensure that the pool and surrounding areas remain clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Enforce poolside rules and health & safety regulations with professionalism and discretion.
- Work closely with the wider estate team to support the seamless operation of the leisure facilities.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) or an Emergency Pool Responder qualification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
