Are you a technical design expert with a limited career path? Want to keep progressing but don\’t want to give up engineering? Does promotion mean staff or business management at your place? This company has serious expansion plans, 3 x offices and a turnover approaching £50M. There is a variety of work which requires you to mix your duties depending on the needs of a project. Here\’s what you\’ll be doing: * Full responsibility for M&E design team and design function * Technical ownership of design output, management of design process and sub consultant management * Working alongside pre-construction and operations managers * Involved in tender management and bid process You will have: * Strong technical building services background * Ambitious character and good communicator * Strong personality who can build on existing client relationships Projects: * Wide ranging schemes including MOD, MOJ, commercial developments, blue light services, infrastructure and transportation. Company: * Strong M&E contracting organisation with design, contracting and maintenance division * Medium sized business who have strong clients including house hold names Ocado and BAE. * 3 offices nationwide well placed to support the UK as a whole.
