Marcilly Recruitment’s client, a UHNW couple are seeking a Family PA to come in and support the Chief of Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the principal’s personal needs in addition to those of the greater family.

The successful Family PA will be someone who is hugely personable, charismatic, loyal, enthusiastic and capable of working in a pressurised and demanding environment with a huge workload, working efficiently with pace. They must be a strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills. What is paramount for the role is a good eye for detail, delivering the very highest of standards in every aspect of your work.

\\nThe ideal candidate will have experience supporting an UHNWI in a similar capacity in a private or business setting. A can-do attitude is paramount.

Family PA Responsibilities
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Assist the Chief of Staff in the day to day management of the main residence.
- Bills, utilities, stock management etc.
- Liaise with household staff on the principals’ schedules and plan accordingly.
- Process and pay invoices, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain and develop electronic and physical filing systems.
- Ensure all holiday, absence, and sickness reports are up to date.
- Update inventories, household manuals, and documentation as required.
- Maintenance and upkeep of London residence: excellent attention to detail required to ensure any maintenance or tech issues are spotted ASAP and rectified.
- Conduct regular inspections, arrange repairs, manage inventory.
- Accompany and schedule all contractor/maintenance visits to London residence, ensuring protocol is met.
- Ensure house staff are aware of arrivals/departures/requirements ahead of time.
- Help to organise and coordinate events and parties at residences.
- Ensure London residence is fully prepared for family arrival – flowers, food stock, cleaning/maintenance etc. Assist in global travel planning.
- Conducting research and contacting suppliers.
- Assist in booking personal and business appointments.
- Assisting with timekeeping and anything required ahead of meetings and appointments.
- Assisting in luxury lifestyle management.
- Personal shopping and research into gifts, art, clothes, jewellery, furniture, tech etc.
- Assistance in event management.
- Restaurant reservations and keeping your finger on the pulse with all the top things to do in London, the UK and internationally.
- Liaison with international staff to coordinate the principal’s travel schedule, arrival and ensure all preferences are catered for.
- Keeping track of expenses and filing.
- Building a black book of contacts across the whole lifestyle spectrum.
- Occasional short travel to other family properties.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Ideally degree educated.
