Warehouse Operative – Raunds, Northampton We are recruiting at our Raunds, Northampton Depot for temporary Warehouse Operatives. The purpose of the role is to manually pick and pack milk into trolleys, move and empty trolleys across the chill, packing milk cartons into cardboard boxes, loading and unloading inbound and outbound deliveries, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods. Shift patterns: 06:00-14:30 Wednesday to Sunday 06:00-14:30 Wednesday to Sunday Thursday-Monday  22:00 – 06:30 Friday-Tuesday 8:00-16:30 PLEASE NOTE, TWO DIFFERENT PAY RATES MAY APPLY PER ONE SHIFT, DEPENDING ON WORKING HOURS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BREAKDOWN BELOW: Day pay rates: Monday – Friday £11.62 (overtime after 40hrs £17.43) Saturday £14.52 Sunday £17.43 Bank Holidays £23.24 Nights pay rates: Monday – Friday £14.29 (overtime after 40hrs £21.37) Saturday £17.86 Sunday £21.37 Bank Holidays £28.58 Roles and Responsibilities: Order picking using voice technology Operating chill trolley packers and chill shrink wrappers Loading/Unloading inbound and outbound vehicles Stock rotation Date code checking  Key skills and experience: Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable A good standard of numeracy and l…
