Job Description
Scientists will have a Physics or Electrical Engineering degree and a PhD in a related field; Theoretical Physics, Mathematical Modelling; Material Science; Computational Chemistry/Physics Chemistry\\n\\nA strong academic record in physics, including an understanding of the fundamentals of theories that govern material properties.\\n\\nWorking closely within a project team responsible for understanding and developing new materials which meet application specifications. Testing both newly developed and existing materials. Evaluation of experimental results against current theoretical understanding, material modelling and literature precedent.\\n\\nDeveloping new theories and hypotheses for, and recommendations for improvements of, material performance.\\n\\nDeveloping novel experimental techniques to for improved material or application understanding compared with standard techniques.\\n\\nExperience of modelling material properties or their performance in device structures
