2nd Line IT Technician

We’ve partnered with a growing organization based in Milton Keynes who are looking for 2 x 2nd Line IT Engineers to join their team. This is a hands-on position, rather than just sat on an Service Desk, so you will be getting stuck in to various IT tickets and projects. You will also gain experience supporting the Windows Servers and the cloud environment – you do not need to have previous experience with this, they can teach you!

You will be joining a very open and supportive IT team who are keen to pass on their knowledge and experience to ensure you grow both technically and professionally. There may be the occasional trip to one of their other sites (still local) so a driving license and car are required.

The Role:

• 2nd Line IT Support

• Desktop Support

• AV Support

• Support with various IT project work

• Regular system checks

• A minimum of 2 years of IT Support experience

• Active Directory and Office 365

• Hands on IT Support (rather than just service desk)

• Laptop or PC Build experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Full right to work and remain in the UK

• Already within a reasonable commutable distance of Milton Keynes, * We require a candidate having British or ILR visas. What is your visa status?

Experience:

• IT support: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
