Your findings will inform and shape crucial public services. You'll work closely with researchers and designers and others to ensure services are designed with the user at the heart of the process.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding users' needs and behaviours, analysing evidence, and translating findings into actionable insights.\\nYour work will ensure that research activities include diverse user groups to make services accessible and inclusive. Working in our Government and Justice business areas, you will begin your role within User Research / User Centred Design.
