Percival are excited to be working with Mencap to help them recruit for a new CRM Project Lead – Workstream Fundraising Operations. The post holder will work with the internal fundraising directorate to review, develop & optimise fundraising operational processes for transition into the new Salesforce CRM system.

Title: CRM Project Lead – Workstream Fundraising Operations

Salary: £22,333 for 5 months (£53,599.2 FTE)

Working Pattern: Full Time – 5 month fixed term contract

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: London, Hybrid (1-2 days in office/week)

About the role

Mencap are looking for a fundraising operations specialist with strong experience in CRM transitions, particularly within ALMS.Net systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing user training guides, testing and signing off new processes, and ensuring the new CRM system is fit for purpose and future-proof. Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to build collaborative relationships will be essential for success in this role.

The post holder will work closely with Internal Fundraising Directorate colleagues, the CRM Project Group, and the Implementation Partner to review, develop, and optimise fundraising operational processes for a smooth transition to the new Salesforce CRM system. You will play a key role in the project discovery phase, ensuring fundraising operations are effectively represented and reflected in the new system, while also supporting data migration, process validation, and issue resolution.
