As a Project Manager in our Products & Technology division, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our product development and technology teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role is based 4 days a week at home and 1 day in the Richmond office., Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
TeamLeadership and Collaboration:

Lead project teams consisting of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success.

Facilitate communication and alignment between team members and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:

Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.

Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Address stakeholder feedback and ensure alignment with project goals.
Quality Assurance and Delivery:

Define and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.

Conduct thorough testing and reviews to ensure product quality and functionality.

Manage the delivery process to meet project objectives and customer expectations. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and documentation.

Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

Capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in product development or technology domains.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
