Steel Fabrication Supervisor (workshop)\\n\\nOur client is looking for a Steel Fabrication Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Please note, the main base for this position will be Luton.\\n\\nThey are Specialists in their field (architectural /structural steelworks), with work in a range of construction fields from large scale new builds through to smaller renovations, refurbishments and interior fit outs.\\n\\nMust have knowledge in all aspects of Steel Fabrication\\n\\nRate of Pay – competitive rates Depening on experience + Benefits\\n\\nAll candidates must:\\n\\n * Managing, motivating and monitoring the performance of all workshop staff and supporting all staff in daily tasks and development.\\n\\n * Ensuring availability of all materials required to meet production targets by forward planning and ordering.\\n\\n * Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met by maximising use of available resources and scheduling working hours to achieve these targets.\\n\\n * Some overtime may be required during periods of high production.\\n\\n * Dealing with other TPM staff and Site Supervisors and maintaining excellent working relationships. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.\\n\\n * Ensuring adherence to all workshop health and safety regulations.\\n\\n * Booking and arranging dispatch of product to customer sites as required.\\n\\n * Attending meetings with senior management as required.\\n\\n * Ensuring the workplace is kept clean, tidy and safe.\\n\\n * Accurate and timely completion of all associated paperwork and documentation.\\n\\nPlease apply Direct with your CV attached
