Job Description
Family Office in Central London is seeking an experienced and highly organised Private Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a high-net-worth individual and their family office.

The ideal candidate will be discreet, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse range of personal and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the principal’s daily schedule, appointments, and complex travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the principal.
- Organise personal and household matters, including liaising with household staff and service providers, staff rotas, HR and payroll.
- Plan and oversee private events, family gatherings, and social engagements.
- Assist with financial administration, including expenses, invoices, and budget management.
- Provide personal shopping assistance, gift sourcing, and lifestyle management.
- Coordinate personal appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Manage ad-hoc projects, research, and special requests as required.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as Private P.A. to an UHNWI, and/or Family Office. This is an essential requirement.
- Proven experience managing household staff and contractors at UHNW level.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
- Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours availability.
- Tech-savvy and strong IT skills
- A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (<10% of the time)
