We are looking for multiple senior-level product managers for our newly built enterprise and client platforms. These roles can be based in: London or Manchester – HYBRID. The ideal candidate will have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, with a focus on one or more of the following disciplines:
- Data Product – Expertise in data and analytics
- Digital Product – Expertise in digital platforms (web, mobile, etc)
- Technical Product – Expertise in technical platforms
- Financial Product – Expertise in investment banking, lending, payments, etc
- Experience/Service – Expertise in client journeys, channels, services
You will have an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritize initiatives, goal-setting, and create the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery.
- Understand the client’s needs and objectives, introduce new ways of working, being productive, and soliciting feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. UX, Engineering, and Business groups) to define criteria.
- Drive product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
- Define product metrics, measure performance, and use data to inform product decisions.
- Manage a team of Product Owners and/or scrum teams.
