EXPECTATIONS
- Work closely with the COO and senior management team to develop and implement business growth strategies and financial forecasting
- Business development:
- Identify, approach, present/pitch and win new prospects and targets globally
- Leverage existing relationships with clients and help identify new, organic opportunities
- Take the lead in the development of presentations and pitch documents (with wider team)
- Manage, maintain and develop the database of contacts for new business targets
- Participate in regular calls with the Development team in Paris to share new business updates and market insights
- Event Delivery:
- Help manage client teams on site. Provide senior company presence when required.
- Company development:
- Participate in management meetings, presenting business updates and strategy reviews
