The Role
As a Damp Surveyor, you will deliver expert surveying services to clients, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Conducting thorough surveys on residential and commercial properties, you will identify and assess damp-related issues, compile detailed reports, and convert quotes into jobs by effectively outlining solutions to clients. We have strong systems and processes in place to support you in the role end-to-end.
This is a senior role offering a high level of autonomy, empowering you to take ownership of your workload and make a real impact within the business.
Working closely with the operations team, you will also support efficient project management and stay updated on industry advancements, ensuring our services continue to set the benchmark for excellence.
About You
To be considered as a Damp Surveyor, you will need:
– Ideally, several years experience in damp surveying
– Experience in property or a similar trade
– Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities
– Familiarity with the Property Care Association (PCA) is advantageous but not essential
– A valid Right to Work in the UK
– A full, valid driving licence
