Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire – this is an office based role and requires you to be onsite in our office at Waterlooville for 2 days per week

Celebrating our 19th birthday this year, we are an independent agency looking for a PPC Executive.
We require someone to join work with the team and support the delivery of an ever-growing client. While based in Waterlooville, our 4 Day Working Week combined with hybrid working makes for a flexible working week and healthy work-life balance.
Your Team
You will work closely with the PPC Account Manager and SEO departments, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients while reporting to the Client & Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
● PPC campaign creation and planning across various digital platforms.
● Oversee current campaigns and implement strategies to optimise returns.
● Manage client accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
● Provide insights and suggestions to enhance current PPC campaign templates.
● Present reports, data and performance outcomes to both clients and the digital marketing leadership team.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
● Proficiency in Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display (Video experience beneficial).
● Google Analytics (GA4) for reporting and analysis.
● Knowledge of Google Merchant Center for managing and optimising product feeds.
● Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
● Ability to independently manage campaigns and carry out optimisation tasks across multiple platforms to achieve KPIs.
● Proficiency in Google Looker Studio for data visualisation, (and ideally with Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis).
● Focus on ROAS and CPA metrics; e-commerce experience/background is beneficial.
● Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode.
● Proactively suggest campaign improvements, conduct A/B testing, and implement audience targeting strategies.
Desirable Skills:
● Experience with keyword and competitor research platforms like SEMrush.
● Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and other advertising platforms.
● Understanding of SEO principles for cross-collaboration.
● Familiarity with CRO techniques to improve keyword quality scores and customer journeys.
Qualifications:
● 1.5-2 years of experience in PPC/Paid Media marketing.
● Google Ads and Analytics certifications preferred.
Personal Qualities:
● Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and define impactful metrics.
● Excellent time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
● Creative capabilities for testing ad graphics and copy.
● Outstanding communication skills for developing campaigns and working within broader digital marketing teams.
● Adaptability and willingness to stay current with developing trends in digital marketing
