As a strategic leader, you will guide and inspire workplace teams to implement initiatives that enhance the end-user experience while ensuring operational excellence. Serving as a key liaison between stakeholders, you will promote clear communication and collaboration, driving a consistent approach to delivering exceptional workplace services. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver high-quality services.
  • Foster a culture centered on collaboration, professionalism, and ongoing development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement training and development programs.
  • Oversee the provision of all workplace services—reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events—ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Carry out regular site visits to assess service quality, address concerns, and engage with teams on the ground.
  • Manage escalations efficiently and implement effective resolutions to maintain seamless operations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand evolving needs and tailor services to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, ideally across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in workplace management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability principles.
  • Experience in budget oversight and financial data analysis.
