Job Description
Fantastic new dual EA/OM role at an asset management company in Central London. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative admin team in an office of around 50 people. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience and ready to take their next big career step!
Responsibilities:
Liaising with contractors, including security, caterers, and cleaners
Overseeing all office maintenance
Leading on health and safety
EA support to a team of 10+
Managing travel arrangements, diaries, and meeting rooms
Assisting with events and company offsites
Skills and Experience:
2 years of experience in a similar role required
Maintains a proactive attitude
High level of attention to detail
Excellent written and communication skills
Willingness to take on tasks in all areas of the business
Role Details:
Location: St James’s – 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
Salary: £37k+ DOE
Benefits: Discretionary bonus, health insurance, dental, gym membership
Start date: Flexible
Hours: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
