We are looking for an exceptional graduate who is looking for a role with real management responsibility working in the heart of business systems, and motivated to learn what it takes to run a successful business in today’s digital landscape.
Based in our dynamic and rapidly expanding multimedia company in central London, you will be reporting directly to the Financial Director and COO, with regular exposure to the CEO. Following a rigorous three-month training period, you will learn and apply contemporary management theory, be capable of assessing real-world problems and visualising elegant solutions. You will be responsible for implementing real change and improvement through the production, development and maintenance of critical business systems and processes. We then expect the successful candidate to specialise across one or more of the group’s businesses, with scope for rapid career growth.
