Customer Service Call Handler £19,047.60pa, NN17 1QE, 32 days holiday, part-time 11am-5pm Monday to Friday, Pension, Parking, working from home 1 day per week after training Due to continued success, a UK head office location of a global multi-branch organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Call Handler to join their customer service team. You will be supporting customers across the UK: Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from customers Providing customer care, and assisting/resolving with and questions or queries Updating database with call information Making outbound calls to customers who have left message on internal system Raising credits for returns Liaising internally with other departments in relation to customers needs Administration duties related to the role We would expect the successful Customer Service Call Handler to be able to demonstrate a good work working knowledge of Microsoft office, and database management. Be an excellent communicator, and have a friendly, confident and customer focused telephone manner. You will be supported to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.
