Executive Assistant part-time Pontefract, occasional travel to Leeds, own transport is essential. 22 hours per week £29k p/r My independent charity client is seeking an EA to support the General Manager. As Executive Assistant you will provide support to the General Manager with administrative tasks, human resources, scheduling of meetings, and the operational running of the organisation. You will work in conjunction with finance to produce relevant and accurate reports along with assisting external suppliers by providing accurate and up-to-date employee and financial information. Key Duties Perform effective diary management for the General Manager scheduling meetings as required Attend meetings as and when required by the General Manager including but not limited to Trustee meetings, taking accurate minutes and distributing themamongst attendees as appropriate Responsible for keeping HR documentation up to date Assist thefinance team with producing month-end and year-end accounts (no previous accounts experience is required however an understanding of basic accounting would be desirable).
