Position Overview

We are retained consultants working with a global Investment business, our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join the European team

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle, extending beyond traditional asset management. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing debt funding, overseeing investor asset management reporting, and contributing to acquisition underwriting. A strong aptitude for adopting new technologies, coupled with leadership skills and a commitment to sustainability and ESG principles, is essential.
