Position Overview
We are retained consultants working with a global Investment business, our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join the European team
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle, extending beyond traditional asset management. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing debt funding, overseeing investor asset management reporting, and contributing to acquisition underwriting. A strong aptitude for adopting new technologies, coupled with leadership skills and a commitment to sustainability and ESG principles, is essential. Asset Managem
- ent:Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to optimize property performance and va
- lue.Conduct regular property inspections to monitor conditions, identify and pursue opportunities for continual improvem

Financial Oversight / Repor
- ting:Manage debt funding processes, including sourcing, structuring, and refinancing of existing portfolio as
