Interim SENCo | Special School | Rutland | 6 month day rate
Panoramic Associates are supporting a special school in their search for an Interim SENCo to join on a 6-month basis.
The role offers a unique chance to lead meaningful change, oversee complex cases, and shape the future of inclusive education.
Responsibilities :
- Supporting pupils on the SEN register
- Leading on EHCP assessments and reviews
- Liaising with multi-agency teams
- Securing appropriate funding and resources
Experience required:
- NASENCo qualification
- SENCo experience in either a special or mainstream school
- Proven knowledge of supporting children with SEMH and complex learning needs
- Strong knowledge of SEND processes
Please note that you will need to be onsite 5 days per week and will need to be on the DBS update service.
They are needing someone to start ASAP (February 2026) until the end of the academic year. One stage face to face interview slots are available in January 2026.
