Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a leading Investment bank in the city for a Data Privacy Manager to work in a 1st line of defence role
The global team was previously based out of the US, but they are now building a central hub in UK focussed on all regions outside of the US and APAC This is an important and highly visible role within the bank, that presents a fantastic opportunity for the you to make a positive impact by working with all parts of the business on all aspects of privacy compliance.
They are looking for a Privacy SME who can demonstrate a strong privacy background and an ethical approach to data use. You’ll also need to have good technical knowledge of data protection laws, regulations and practices in the UK and EMEA, and experience of applying these in practice, including communicating with privacy with the Front Office, regulators and clients.
This is an exciting time to join, as the team will continue to expand, which will result in future career progression opportunities within the team.
