West Midlands – 2/3 days on-site

Role

As Head of Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimising operational processes across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and operational strategy experience—particularly within education, learning, or similarly regulated environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead & Optimise: Oversee business functions, ensuring smooth delivery of learning programs, improving operational processes, and driving efficiency.
