You will be overseeing the operations, liaising with customers, and social workers, nurses and all other people associated with the highest level of care for our customers following all CQC guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care and possess excellent leadership skills to lead our team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care services

  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs

  • Oversee medication support and ensure compliance with regulations

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance

  • Maintain a safe and supportive package for customers, families, and staff

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide care for our clients

Previous experience in a domiciliary care provision

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team

  • Excellent knowledge of safe practices and regulations within the healthcare sector

  • Registered Manager qualification or willingness to obtain one

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
