Your new company Excellent opportunity to join a privately owned Property Consultancy who work with predominantly commercial property portfolios. You will be joining a small organisation where being treated as an individual rather than part of a larger operation is of upmost importance. You will benefit from working alongside experienced, like-minded professionals consisting of high-tenured MRICS Surveyors, newly chartered individuals and those working through their APC. You will join a friendly and approachable team with a shared passion for property and delivering high levels of service to clients. Your new role As the Senior General Practice Surveyor, you will have a broad role including Landlord and Tenant duties such as lease renewals and rent reviews, and valuations. Working across Essex and Hertfordshire, you will build client relationships from the outset and advise on asset management strategies. Excellent career progression is available with this role. Opportunities to become an Associate are available in the short-term with long-term Directorship opportunities also available.
