Job Title: Head of IS Commercial Management Salary: Highly competitive package incl. car allowance & bonus Location: Central London (Hybrid) Overview We’re pleased to be partnering with a major electricity distribution operator, who are looking for a Head of IS Commercial Management to oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgets, collaborating with Finance and IS senior management. Responsibilities include budget tracking, controlling, reporting, and supplier management, ensuring performance and compliance. The position will support the CIO in strategic development, focusing on technology-driven opportunities to enhance business performance and achieve targeted outcomes, including regulatory alignment and efficiency improvements Key responsibilities Manage annual CAPEX investment ensuring governance, control, benefit achievement, and stakeholder engagement with a target of 93% customer satisfaction for projects delivered. Oversee a commercial strategy for the IT contract portfolio covering managed services, hardware, software, and cloud services, including establishing Finance and DevOps capability. Shape IT and business strategy alongside the CIO, ensuring compliance, commercial rigor, and adherence to governance. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and contractors. Lead and engage a team, managing broader matrix resources as needed. Candidate overview Proven experience in delivering impactful business and technology projects.
