HW Interim Solutions are seeking an experienced Interim Learning & Development Lead to take ownership of our client’s cyber security, operational resilience and risk management training proposition for colleagues and leaders within the financial services sector.
As Learning & Development Lead, you will design and deliver high-impact training sessions on operational resilience, business continuity, risk management, and cyber security. You will develop engaging learning materials, including interactive workshops and learning modules and will tailor training to our clients specific resilience frameworks.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in training within financial services environments, an understanding of UK financial regulations, including FCA and PRA frameworks, a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs and the ability to engage, influence, and upskill senior leadership teams.
Previous interim or contract experience within compliance, learning & development, or risk management is highly advantageous.
East Midlands based – hybrid working
Delivered on a Fixed Term Contract or day rate
