As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Operations Assistant to support our daily operations, streamline workflows, and ensure efficiency across multiple departments.
The Role
As Business Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating operational processes, managing resources, and providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with teams across Resourcing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics, ensuring smooth business functions while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support operational coordination across departments, ensuring effective workflows and communication.
- Track and manage company resources, procurement, and supplier onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, supporting process improvements and embedding new ways of working.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Assist in projects, system upgrades, and business development initiatives, helping drive operational excellence.
