Location: London
Work Pattern: Hybrid 2 days in the office
Role Overview: Your main responsibility as an Account / Relationship Manager is to create revenue and profit that satisfy established KPIs by continuously onboarding and managing new and current clients.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new company prospects, including customer and market expansion.
- Provide a positive customer experience when onboarding new clients
- Close sales successfully
- Building customer trust in financial risk and exposure.
- Meet sales KPIs consistently.
- Organize client meetings to strengthen connections.
- Participate in industry networking events regularly.
- Build good connections with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and compliance teams.
Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/G Suite.
- Strong sales abilities.
- Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed in the fast-paced financial profession and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
- Demonstrates the ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines with flexibility.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication abilities (both written and vocal).
