Role Overview
In this 360° Account Executive role, you’ll proactively identify new opportunities, conduct cold outreach, pitch our platform, and close deals—primarily targeting small to medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, initiating contact through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, moving prospects through the sales cycle efficiently and effectively.
- Client Presentations & Pitching: Articulate Thrive’s value proposition clearly and confidently to decision-makers, tailoring proposals to address unique client challenges.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to successfully close new business, meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform sales strategies and better serve clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience closing deals with small to medium-sized businesses.
- Full-Cycle Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, pitching, and closing.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing trust and rapport with potential clients.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple leads and accounts in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
- Resilient & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a tenacity to follow through, comfortable working against targets.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to drive client success.
What We Offer
