Camino Search are thrilled to be partnering with an exciting serial acquirer who are currently developing a high-quality portfolio of B2B SMEs within the industrials sectors through buy-and-build strategy.
As part of their growth, they\’re now hiring a General Manager/Managing Director to step into a pivotal leadership role within one of their recently acquired businesses. This is a chance to take full ownership of a profitable, well-respected SME and lead it through its next phase of professionalisation, commercial expansion, and future integrations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and work closely with an experienced CEO, and create economic and social value within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a business end-to-end with full P&L ownership and the autonomy to shape its future direction.
- Play a key role in a buy-and-build strategy, supporting further acquisitions and integrating future bolt-ons into a growing platform.
- Scale a high-margin business that has strong foundations for operational improvement and commercial growth.
- Work closely with an elite founding team, gaining investor exposure and a seat at the table.
- Long-term equity and value creation, offering the opportunity to benefit directly from the group\’s growth trajectory.
- Experience and exposure to M&E and working with engineers, or having a personal background in engineering.
