About the Role
We are looking for a self-starting, well organised and confident individual, who is passionate about football and has great knowledge of the game to join our team.
Situated in the Client Services team, you’ll be working with multiple strands of the business globally from Sales & Strategy to Production & Creative.
The successful candidate must have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and a good understanding of what makes engaging content on social platforms. You will be part of a team that lives for football and works around the football calendar, so excellent communication and planning skills are also essential.
We are looking for a driven individual who is willing to throw themselves into challenges to support the Client Services function. Being a team player that is reactive and enthusiastic is essential for this role.
This position is based in our London offices (Soho). We offer compensation and a bonus scheme. You will report into one of our Account Managers within the Client Services team..
What You'll be doing:
Project Management
- Understanding the end-to-end process for delivering client campaigns
- Planning campaigns with the team and clients
- Briefing design assets in internal design teams
- Working with the social and editorial teams to record campaign results
- Reporting on client campaign results, extracting data and establishing clear insights
- Support on the creation of client campaign reports and building case studies
- Understanding process and implanting supplier payments
- Supporting on ad hoc projects for different Footballco brands
Production
- Working with producers to understand production requirements
- Supporting with operational elements of shoots
- Responsible for assisting producers with supplier payments
Research
- Assist with setup and running of all client surveys: pre, during and post campaigns
- Assist business research team with new brand briefs
- Understanding how research needs to be undertaken, where to find key information and what’s required by sales team
What you have:

- Knowledge of the sport’s digital media and social media landscape
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Operational account management experience
- Technical Skills – Advanced skills pertaining to Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of social media platforms, their differences and how to extract data from them
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Capable of performing under pressure and delivering to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
