PROPERTY VIEWER / ADMINISTRATOR – Cambridge – part time This vibrant and friendly property team have a new part-time opportunity for a Viewings Representative and Property Administrator. You’ll be part of a successful team and play a key role being responsible for property viewings, out for most of the day going from property to property to show them. Back at the office, you’ll support the team with property admin and updating the system. As our Property Administrator and Viewings Representative, you must drive and know the local Cambridgeshire area. A very organised person, with strong time management skills to ensure you are on time for each appointment. Working three days a week from 8:30 – 5pm, alongside a colleague to help provide viewings cover for a property team covering Cambridge and the surrounding villages. To be shortlisted you must have at least 12 months customer service and business administration experience gained in a fast paced environment. Professional and confident dealing with people, email, diary management, customer enquiries. This is a rare part time opportunity in property, which would suit a Property Assistant or Property Administrator who enjoys being out and about, undertaking viewings. An excellent chance to build a career in property with training and development. Salary will reflect your property, admin and viewings experience, circa £24,000 – £27,000 including bonus, salary pro-rata for a three day week. A full driving licence, locally based in Cambridge, Newmarket or the local Cambridgeshire / Suffolk area is essential. Send your CV to apply today
