Our client is a leader in Financial Services and is looking for a true team player free to support MD and team.
4 days in office, 1 WFH. 9-5.30pm hours
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Extensive diary management, working across an array of time zones, frequently handling schedule conflicts
- Meeting and VC coordination; events assistance/logistics
- Acting as gatekeeper for the team
- Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries and relevant documents; expenses
- Organising client dinners and in-house lunches
- Managing email communication, flagging urgent requests and following up
- Liaising with clients and internal banking teams
- Working closely with other PAs in the group
The skills you need to bring:
- Solid Team PA experience supporting a busy team, ideally from Financial Services sector; MD level perfect!
- Strong MS Office skills
