An established and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Head of Conveyancing to lead their residential property team . This role has opened due to an increasing workload, offering the opportunity to manage a strong team while still handling a varied caseload of transactions.

The Role
- Overseeing the day to day management of the conveyancing department
- Handling a caseload of residential property transactions , including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the team
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and referrers
