An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Junior Practice Manager to join my clients well-established firm based in the Mid Kent area. Duties will include: Working closely with one of the Partners, assisting with their portfolio of clients Maintaining a portfolio of your own client base which will develop over time Working with SMEs, Sole Traders and Limited Companies Overseeing junior members of staff Ensuring that clients accounting and tax affairs are looked after Providing advice on tax, accounting and business matters Ad-hoc duties The successful candidate will: Have previous experience within a senior accounting role Have experience working within an accountancy practice Be newly ACCA / ACA qualified, or alternatively at finalist level Be able to liaise with clients and all levels of staff Be an ambitious individual, willing to grow with the business In return the company is offering a competitive salary depending on experience, a generous benefits package, quarterly bonus schemes, excellent progression opportunities and more!
