Restaurant Manager
Don't miss this exciting new opportunity for a Restaurant Manager with Michelin and 5* hotel experience to join us on the next leg of our incredible journey. Seize this opportunity to work with Chef Ricki Weston in our Michelin starred restaurant 'The Dining Room'.
As Restaurant Manager, you report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will manage all aspects of the restaurant:
- Delivering the ultimate fine dining experience
- Taking a lead role in private dining and afternoon tea service.
- As Restaurant Manager, you will use your natural people management skills to lead and develop our incredible restaurant team, driving our 5* service standards and taking our dining experience to the next level.
