Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Bar Manager to join its thriving Hospitality team in our Manchester store. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.
As the new Bar Manager, you will work 40 hours a week across our opening hours, with standard close 7pm Monday Thursday, and 8pm Friday Saturday and 5pm Sunday.

About the role
For this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience, whether that be making their dining dreams a reality or providing outstanding customer service You will:
- Direct the bar operations team to ensure both customer and employee satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- To ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
- To work closely with senior management in developing the overall dynamic in the bar team
- Serve amazing food and beverages to our customers and give them a memorable experience from the moment they sit down!
- To support set up and prepare the Café and Bar before service, ensuring all standards are adhered to.
- To carry out any other reasonable request as made by the senior management of the Manchester Store.
- Flexibility is a must; customer service cant wait during weekends and evenings!
