Our client a global dance music group is looking for a well-connected, established Senior A&R to sign and develop new artists. The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record as an A&R, with both a passion and knowledge for new music and ambitious to break acts on a global scale. You will be responsible for sourcing, signing and developing new talent and possess a natural ability to identify artists and deliver repertoire. You should be adept at building and maintaining relationships with artists, managers and lawyers and contribute to both the global and domestic A&R strategy, mainly in the dance music space. This is an exciting new position with the scope to help shape the future direction of these labels.
