Our prestigious client, a leading Hotel and Spa facility on the outskirts of Billericay is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join their busy team. The Hotel has been awarded Rosettes for their food, and is a 4* facility, catering for romantic weekends away, weddings, conferences and events. They are well known in the local area for their high standard of service and are looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager who will uphold these in everything that they do.

This is fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager who will assist the general manager in the day-to-day operations of the venue and support overall planning of the F&B departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of food and beverage operations
Hands on attitude in delivering the highest standard of customer service to our guests.
Team leadership and staff development
Maintaining high service standards
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
