With a team of qualified and accredited professionals, they pride themselves on delivering independent, expert advice to a prestigious client base including top-tier property and development companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCAs) for insurance purposes across a diverse range of sectors, including stadiums, hotels, refineries, educational facilities, and industrial plants .
- Carry out the entire valuation process from initial inspection through to final reporting.
- Work independently on UK and international assignments.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all valuation outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer .
- Broad valuation experience across multiple sectors.
- Experience with insurance valuations is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
