We are now seeking a strategic and inspirational Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation into its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Board Chair, you will drive our ambitious vision, ensuring financial sustainability, service excellence, and strong governance. You will develop a culture of openness and accountability, ensuring Borough Care remains at the forefront of high-quality residential care. A strong commercial mindset, combined with a passion for social value and inclusivity, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership within a multi-site organisation. You will be an influential and visible leader, engaging with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to drive innovation and positive change. While experience in social care is desirable, we welcome candidates with transferable leadership experience, with strong commercial acumen, who understand the challenges of the sector.
