We are seeking a Rackets Professional to start in September 2025.
The Rackets Professional will be responsible for supporting the sporting development of pupils aged 13 to 18 and will work closely with the Director of Sport to promote sport at Charterhouse, and spearhead Rackets in keeping with the traditions of the School; developing the sporting potential of pupils to their highest possible standards, in style and excellence. The Rackets professional will also work with a Head of House and other members of the Boarding House team to develop and maintain a boarding environment guided by the School’s Boarding Principles and School values of Responsibility, Kindness, Perseverance, Open-mindedness and Moral Courage.
The Rackets professional will be:
- Committed to developing and instilling excellence and enthusiasm in young athletes.
- Able to engage and motivate young people in Rackets and other Sports practices and foster enjoyment and understanding of sports in general
- Able to display and instil strong and inspiring leadership qualities.
- Motivated and self-driven to develop themselves in their chosen career.

- Capable of planning and delivering against identified goals.
