Chef de Partie – £14.12 per hour – Studland/Swanage
The Role:
Our client is a fabulous Boutique hotel situated close to Swanage in Dorset and they are looking to recruit a chef de partie or junior sous chef to join their brigade. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. The hotel is based in a stunning location with a unique twist and has grown in to an iconic hotel group so a great name to get on your CV.
Due to remote location own transport is highly desirable.
Your main responsibilities as Chef de partie will include:
” Supporting the Head and Sous chef with writing menus and developing a brigade
” Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
” Develop and train the junior members of the team
” Run a section
” To ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect to the set standards
What you need to get the Chef de Partie job
” Experience at Chef de Partie Level
” Fresh cooking experience
” Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent
” Passionate about food
” Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
The Reward
” Overall Total Package of £33K including Tips, Based on working 45-48 hours per week
