One of the first purpose-built hotels in Europe, Queens Hotel was built on the site of the original Sherborne Spa, and became used as suitable accommodation for the nobility and royalty who visited Cheltenham to restore, renew and revive.

Our Opportunity
Working at the heart of our operations, delivering and managing linen for guest rooms and public areas, you will bring a positive and attentive personality to the role. Part of your responsibilities will be to organise the deliveries and stock for the housekeeping department. You will also need to anticipate the needs of the housekeeping team and guests, ensuring prompt and efficient service while maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude. Strong organizational skills and time management are key to succeeding in this role. Please be aware thisis a physical and hands on role.
