Programme Manager

On-Site

Northamptonshire

Salary up to 45K plus company car

We are seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to work closely with the Key Account Manager in leading, developing, and motivating our clients apprenticeship team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring objectives and outcomes are clearly defined and effectively monitored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Key Account Manager, HR team, and delivery partners to enhance and expand the apprenticeship provision.
  • Work alongside the Learnings senior management team to drive the growth of apprenticeship opportunities, including new roles, increased standards, and seamless integration into workforce planning.
  • Oversee the apprenticeship training facility, ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with the client, ensuring all apprenticeship delivery is high-quality, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
